The Electro Kinetic Technologies Pony Express MCSC-244815-54 is a motorized linen cart built to move up to 1,500 lb of laundry, linens, and supplies without anyone pushing or pulling a loaded cart by hand. An operator presses a thumb control and the center wheel drive moves the cart across the floor and up ramps to 15 degrees, which removes the strain that causes back and shoulder injuries in busy laundries, hospitals, and hotels.
This configuration carries three adjustable chrome wire shelves on a 24 in by 48 in footprint inside a powder-coated welded steel frame, with overall dimensions of 60 in L by 27.5 in W by 66 in H. A blue heavy-duty vinyl cover with a zipper closure keeps clean linens enclosed and dust free. Each shelf holds up to 500 lb, and shelves can be repositioned to fit different loads.
Power comes from an onboard 35 Ah deep-cycle AGM battery that runs up to 8 hours on a charge and recharges in about 4 hours from any standard outlet through the built-in UL and cUL listed charger. Foam-filled never-flat drive tires, regenerative braking, an automatic holding brake, a keyed switch, an emergency stop, and a horn keep operation safe on inclines and in tight spaces. The cart is made in the USA and backed by a 5-year frame and motor warranty.

The Pony Express Motorized Linen Carts comes with a 5-year warranty on the frame and motor. It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
