The Pony Express 1031-S2000 is a self-propelled motorized platform cart from Electro Kinetic Technologies built to move loads up to 2,000 lbs without the push and pull strain of a manual cart. It carries the compact 40 inch long by 25.5 inch wide steel deck of the short frame 1031-S body, upgraded to the heavier 2,000 lb capacity rating. The low 11.5 inch platform height makes loading and unloading easy and keeps the center of gravity stable while the cart is in motion.
Power comes from a center wheel drive system paired with a 35 Ah AGM battery that delivers up to 8 hours of operation on a charge and recharges in about 4 hours from the internal smart charger. Fingertip forward and reverse levers give the operator precise control at two speed ranges, a slow 0 to 1.5 mph setting for tight spaces and a faster 0 to 3.0 mph setting for open runs. Puncture proof non-marking tires and an electromagnetic parking brake keep the cart steady on inclines and ramps.
This short deck 2,000 lb model suits warehouses, manufacturing floors, and hospital and healthcare settings where heavy material has to move through doorways and tight aisles. The all steel welded frame with a powder coat finish, full wrap-around bumper, keyed switch, emergency stop, and horn round out a unit designed for daily industrial duty. The Pony Express 1031 Motorized Platform Carts comes with a 5-year warranty on the frame and motor. It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
