The Pony Express 1031-L is the long deck version of Electro Kinetic Technologies' motorized platform cart line, built to move loads up to 1,500 lb without the strain of manual pushing. Its 61 inch by 25.5 inch flat deck gives operators room for bulky or extended loads while the powered center wheel drive does the work. A variable speed throttle controls forward and reverse travel from 0 to 1.5 mph in low and up to 3.0 mph in high, so the cart matches a walking pace in tight aisles and moves faster across open floor.
Power comes from a maintenance free 35 Ah AGM battery system rated for up to 8 hours of operation, paired with an internal smart charger that plugs into a standard 120 or 240 VAC outlet and recharges in about 4 hours. An LED battery level gauge keeps operators aware of remaining run time. The welded steel frame carries a powder coated finish and a full wrap around bumper to protect the cart, the load, and surrounding equipment through years of daily use.
Safety and control are designed in. Foam filled puncture proof drive tires deliver steady traction, while solid state regenerative braking and an automatic holding brake keep the cart in place on inclines and stop it the moment the operator releases the throttle. A keyed power switch, horn, emergency stop, and dead man control round out the package. The 1031-L is made in the USA and backed by a 5 year limited warranty on the frame and motor.

The 1031-L is the long deck model. It carries the same 1,500 lb rated capacity as the 1031-S and 1031-M but with a longer 61 inch deck for extended or bulky loads. The 1031-S has a 40 inch deck and the 1031-M has a 49 inch deck.

The Pony Express 1031 Motorized Platform Carts comes with a 5-year warranty on the frame and motor. It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
