The Pony Express MSC-246015-54 is a motorized stock picking cart from Electro Kinetic Technologies built to move heavy loads through a warehouse or stockroom without manual pushing. This configuration pairs the powered Pony Express base with a 24 inch wide by 60 inch long chrome wire shelving unit that stands 54 inches tall and carries three adjustable shelves. The longer 60 inch deck gives order pickers more linear shelf space for staging cartons, totes, and parts while keeping a footprint narrow enough to work standard aisles.
Power comes from a center wheel drive system that lets the cart pivot in tight spaces, with deep cycle AGM batteries delivering up to 10 miles of operation between charges. An operator controls speed and direction from dual pendant controls reachable at either end of the cart, and travel tops out at a walking pace of 3 mph in fast mode with a 1.5 mph slow mode for crowded areas. Solid state regenerative braking brings the cart to a controlled stop and an automatic holding brake keeps it parked on its own.
Like the rest of the Pony Express family sold by Heavy Duty Mobility, this unit is built in the USA from welded steel with a powder coat finish and ships with a 5 year warranty on the frame and motor. Foam filled never flat drive tires, a keyed power switch, an emergency stop, and a horn round out a cart designed to cut employee strain and keep picking moving.

The center wheel drive runs a fast mode of 0 to 3 mph and a slow mode of 0 to 1.5 mph. The speed range is set to match normal walking pace so order pickers can move heavy loads safely through aisles and stockrooms.
The deep cycle AGM battery delivers up to 10 miles of operation per charge and recharges with the on board UL and cUL listed smart charger. This keeps the cart working a full shift without manual pushing.

The Pony Express Motorized Stock Picking Cart comes with a 5-year warranty on the frame and motor. It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
