The Pony Express 1031-M2000 is a self propelled electric platform cart from Electro Kinetic Technologies built to move loads up to 2,000 lb across warehouses, hospitals, and production floors. It uses the medium 49 in long by 25.5 in wide deck in the 1031 family and steps up to deep cycle AGM batteries so it can carry the full 2,000 lb rating through a long shift. One operator can walk and steer it with simple fingertip forward and reverse controls, which removes the strain and risk of pushing heavy loads by hand.
A center wheel drive system gives the 1031-M2000 a tighter turning radius than front wheel drive carts, so it works well in narrow aisles and tight corners. The motor delivers smooth variable speed from 0 to 1.5 mph in the slow setting and 0 to 3 mph in the fast setting, and an automatic holding brake locks the cart in place on inclines. A keyed on and off switch, an emergency belly shut off, a horn, and a dead man control that stops the cart when the operator lets go round out the safety package.
Power comes from two 12V maintenance free AGM batteries with an on board smart charger and an LED battery level gauge, so charging is as simple as plugging into a standard outlet. The all steel welded frame carries a powder coat finish and a full wrap around bumper to protect the cart and the surroundings. Like the rest of the Pony Express line it is made in the USA and backed by a 5 year limited warranty on the frame and motor.

The load deck measures 49 in long by 25.5 in wide with an 11.5 in deck height. With the handle and drive unit the overall footprint is about 60 in long by 27.5 in wide and 41.5 in high.
It runs on two 12V maintenance free AGM batteries that provide up to about 8 hours of operation. An on board smart charger plugs into a standard 120 or 240 VAC outlet and recharges the cart in about 4 hours, and an LED gauge shows the charge level.

It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.
