The Pony Express MCSC-247215-54 is the long-deck model in Electro Kinetic Technologies' 1,500 lb motorized linen cart line. It carries a 24 inch wide by 72 inch long chrome wire shelf deck and measures 84 inches long, 27.5 inches wide, and 66 inches tall overall. Three adjustable chrome wire shelves let staff sort and stack linens, towels, and laundry while the powered center wheel drive moves the full 1,500 lb load with a gentle thumb throttle instead of manual push force.
Built for hospitals, hotels, and large laundry operations, this cart removes the strain and injury risk of pushing heavy manual linen carts down long corridors and up ramps. A deep-cycle AGM battery delivers up to 8 hours of run time per charge and recharges in about 4 hours from any standard outlet using the onboard UL and cUL listed charger. Regenerative braking and an automatic holding brake keep the cart in place on inclines up to 15 degrees.
The extended 72 inch deck makes the MCSC-247215-54 a good fit for facilities that move large bulk linen volumes per trip. The Pony Express Motorized Linen Carts comes with a 5-year warranty on the frame and motor. It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
