The Pony Express MSC-247215-60 is the large-deck, tall-shelving configuration of the EK Tech motorized stock picking cart, built to move loads up to 2,000 pounds with no manual pushing. It pairs a 24 inch wide by 72 inch long deck with a 60 inch chrome wire shelving unit, bringing the overall footprint to roughly 84 inches long and 72 inches tall. Three adjustable wire shelves give order pickers room to stage multiple totes or cases on a single trip across a warehouse, distribution center, or large stockroom.
Power comes from deep-cycle AGM batteries feeding a center wheel drive system that turns inside tight aisles and squares up to racking with ease. An operator controls speed and direction from either side of the cart using dual pendant controls, with a keyed power switch, emergency stop, horn, and battery charge indicator close at hand. Travel speed runs from 0 to 3 mph across slow and fast modes, and regenerative dynamic braking brings the cart to a controlled stop at any speed.
The frame is welded and powder coat painted, with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum build options to suit clean or heavy-duty environments. Foam-filled never-flat tires keep the cart rolling without downtime, the internal charger plugs into standard outlets and reaches a full charge in about 4 hours, and a single charge supports up to 10 miles of operation. It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
