The Pony Express AC Tugger 25K+ Lithium is the highest capacity tugger in the Electro Kinetic Technologies line, built to move heavy carts and loads up to 25,000 lb on casters and up to 100,000 lb on rails. This lithium configuration replaces the standard AGM pack with a 48 VDC, 120 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery for faster charging, longer service life and a quick swap connector for multi-shift operations. The welded steel frame and powder coat finish are built in the USA for demanding warehouse, manufacturing and distribution floors.
Power comes from a 48V AC, 1.7 kW transaxle with AC Vector Power technology, which delivers strong torque across the full speed range rather than tapering off like traditional DC drives. The operator controls speed from 0 to 1.5 mph in low and 0 to 3.0 mph in high, with regenerative braking and an electromagnetic automatic holding brake for safe handling on inclines. A single charge supports up to 8 hours of operation and the external certified charger brings the pack back to full in about 90 minutes.
The lithium battery is the key upgrade over the AGM model. It charges far faster, lasts many times longer than lead based chemistries and supports a fast swap so a charged pack can be dropped in without downtime. A built in monitoring system with Bluetooth pairs to a smartphone app so operators and managers can track state of charge, consumed amp-hours and voltage, with visual and audible alerts when it is time to recharge.

The Pony Express Electric Powered AC Tugger 25K+ comes with a 5-year warranty on the frame and motor. It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
