The EK Tech Pony Express 1031-XL is a motorized platform cart built by Electro Kinetic Technologies for moving heavy loads up to 1,500 pounds across warehouses, hospitals, and production floors without the strain of pushing by hand. Its extra-wide 52 in long by 34.5 in wide usable deck gives operators more surface area than the standard 1031 sizes, which makes it well suited to bulky boxes, equipment, and palletized goods that would overhang a narrower cart.
Power comes from two 12V deep-cycle AGM batteries paired with an on-board UL and cUL listed smart charger, so a single overnight charge of about 4 hours supports up to 8 hours of operation. A maintenance-free permanent magnet motor and center wheel transaxle drive deliver a tight turning radius in crowded aisles, while spring suspension and foam-filled never-flat tires keep the ride stable on uneven floors. Variable speed control runs from 0 to 1.5 mph in slow mode and 0 to 3 mph in fast mode, with solid-state regenerative braking and an automatic holding brake that keeps the cart in place on inclines up to 6 degrees.
The heavy-duty powder-coated welded steel frame and non-skid deck stand up to daily industrial use. Safety features include a keyed power switch, a battery charge level indicator, an emergency stop button, and a horn. The Pony Express 1031 Motorized Platform Carts comes with a 5-year warranty on the frame and motor. It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
